Should you be unable to provide one of these ID cards, you may be identified on the oath or affirmation of credible identifying witnesses who have their own approved ID card. Credible Identifying witnesses must have personal knowledge of your identity, believe it is not reasonable for you to obtain the approved ID, and be honest, aware, and impartial.

US military veteran:
An application/claiming a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurances, or any other veteran's benefit.

Apostille
When processing an apostille, it is required that documents pass through one or more county/state departments. While we do everything to account for possible delays, we are not responsible for changes in processing by the government agencies. Therefore, refunds will only be granted for apostilles that have not yet been submitted to the county clerk or department of state.
If the apostille is returned with filing errors on the notary's part, the corrections will be redone for free.

Service Fees
Processing & service fees are non-refundable. These are fees paid to our vendors and payment gateway. Therefore, if you receive a full refund, the cost of the service fee will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Admin.
If a notary agrees to ship your documents, we will bill you for the shipping and the fee is non-refundable. We will provide tracking numbers for your package but assume no responsibility for its arrival.

Once the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes, a $2 per minute charge for each minute afterwards shall be applied.
We request 24 - 48 hours advance notice of scheduled appointment time. There is no charge or penalty for advance notice.
Payments through CPD Mobile Notary are not taken online. They are taken at time of official transaction to ensure accurate pricing.
If a notary is in transit or arrives at the signing location and the signing is unable to occur, a travel fee and a delay fee will be applied and due at time of occurrence.
In the case of an overcharge, your overcharge will be refunded within 3-5 business days as per our payment processor.
CPD Mobile Notary reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, without prior notice, including, without limitation, for violating any provision of this or other agreements listed throughout this website.
